Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are here to assist you. To qualify for a return or exchange in such cases, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, detailing the issue and providing photos of the item in question.  

2. Please refrain from disposing of the original item until you have spoken with our customer service team.  

Upon verification of the issue, we will gladly offer you the choice of a store credit or an exchange for the faulty or damaged item.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please adhere to the following conditions:  

1. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.  

2. Contact us within 30 days of the order date to initiate the return process.  

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind; however, we will be delighted to provide you with a store credit.

Proof of Purchase

For all returns and exchanges, we require a copy of your original order receipt as proof of purchase. This helps us expedite the process and ensures that you receive the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please be aware that Gift Cards, Credit Notes, and Shipping costs are all non-returnable and non-refundable.

When sending an email, please include your order receipt number in the email subject and attach any relevant photos if you are returning a damaged or faulty item.

Returns and Exchanges Delivery Address

Once your return has been approved, an address to return your item will be provided via email.  

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If the total value of the item(s) you are returning exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
